The process from the order until you get the orthotic back including:
- Get foot data, the acceptable forms include:
1) 3D foot scan data STL format (or other formats)-we use DELCAM software to parse or 2) Bio-form Box or 3) Footprints
- Make Orthotic according to the client’s prescription
- there are two situations for the 3D model
1) Client finish designing the 3D model to let us produce directly- can save the product quotation
2) We design the 3D model and put it into production.
- Use the following two different technics to make products as per client requirements
1) CAD-CAM ORTHOTIC by CNC MILLING PROCESS
2) Heating and Vacuum pressing process
