Home testing standard

  1. The head and shoulders are vertical, the ears are equal height, no head tilt phenomenon
  2. The distance between the shoulders and the ground on both sides is the same as that of the spine. The different heights and distances indicate that the levator scapulae and trapezius muscles and other related muscle groups are not evenly stressed, and the spine may be tilted
  3. The most prominent points on both sides of the pelvis are at the same height from the ground and at the same distance from the spine (there is a difference in the middle term, which may be the tilt of the pelvis).
  4. The same height of the buttock lines (the lower edge of the buttock muscles) on both sides indicates normal pelvic height. If not, the pelvis may be rotating or tilting
  5. Keep your feet together so that the distance between the inside of your knees is less than 3cm, beyond which you have an O-leg tendency. If your knees are together but your feet are more than 2cm apart, you have an X-leg tendency!
  6. When the feet stand naturally, the ankle is vertical to the ground. If there is a tilt, the heel bone may be deformed, which is easy to cause inner/outer splayed feet!
