Foot baths made at home for tired feet
Before you begin, make sure to:
Use any large bowl or container if you don’t have a foot spa.
Warm the water but not too much; test it before putting your feet in.
Prepare some clean towels to absorb any spills on your carpet or floor.
With an orange-infused bath, you’ll feel refreshed and detoxed.
a third of a cup of baking soda
Epsom salt (1/2 cup)
1 orange (zested)
5 drops of orange or jojoba oil
Slices of orange for decorating
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add 3 tablespoons to your foot bath. Soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes.
With peppermint and coconut scrub, you can heal and soothe your skin.
4 drops essential oils of peppermint
2 drops essential oils of lemon balm
3 or 4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
a half teaspoon of coconut oil (optional)
In two cups of water, bring all of the oils to a boil. Fill a jar halfway with warm water. Make sure it’s not too hot before soaking your feet for 20-30 minutes.
With rosemary and lemon, you can rejuvenate and detoxify your body.
3 Rosemary sprigs (fresh or dried)
2 sliced lemons
Epsom salt (1/2 cup)
Baking Soda (1/2 cup)
Boil the rosemary for 5 minutes in a kettle of water. Allow to cool. Layer the cut lemons, salt, and baking soda in a big container. Allow 15-30 minutes for soaking.
Have fun!
